SALES SUPPORT LEAD If you are enthusiastic about supporting a sales team in a thriving and innovative environment, then you might be our new Sales Support Lead. The ideal candidate for this position has at least 5 + years working as a sales assistant, with an entrepreneurial spirit. This person works with a sense of urgency and passion and thrives in a constantly evolving world of marketing & advertising. You will be responsible for managing client advertising strategies, from start to finish. Assisting sellers behind the scenes, and in some cases alongside them, so they can find new business and establish new advertising relationships. Mid-West Family Marketing & Media has a salesforce that works out of Benton Harbor, MI, South Haven, MI, and South Bend, IN.

As Sales Support Lead, you will:

• Work with other sales support team members and manage all sales support team projects
• Process contracts for new or revised orders from our Business Development team and insert their components into our systems for approval by management
• Request production orders, upload audio commercials, to ensure on-air ads are running correctly
• Communicate with teammates and clients to get the necessary information to build orders and send them to our internal teams for successful execution
• Work closely with the VP of Sales, EVP of Sales, the Director of Traffic, and the Business Manager to learn, solve problems, and provide innovative solutions to ensure the project is completed to the satisfaction of the client
• Troubleshoot issues with project execution that may arise from time to time
• Manage projects, both long-term and short-term, for complex campaigns or internal systems
• Pull reports and analytics, where necessary, and provide insight when requested
• Learn all of the products and processes of Mid-West Family Marketing & Media
• Analyze all work produced in the project execution process, and by fellow teammates for accuracy

• Compensation includes an hourly base plan starting at $19.25 per hour plus a bonus plan: When you assist the team and they succeed, your pay increases! The total bonus potential: $2,400.

Your Experience should include: This is not a remote position - you will be required to report to the office each day, Monday – Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm. Office locale will be determined based on proximity to your home, but you must be able to commute to work each day.

• Minimum 5+ Years of past sales support, administrative support, team support, or project coordination experience
• A high comfort level with technology, especially utilizing software in the Microsoft Office suite, as well as utilizing Windows 10
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com is a plus
• Stellar interpersonal and communication skills focused on customer success
• Attention to detail
• Any background supporting the industries of sales, marketing, broadcast media, advertising, etc., is especially helpful
• Learning new skills quickly and effectively
